The mat is extra long and thick. I works great for exercising and yoga. There was a little mix up with my order but the company took care of it immediately with no hassle and I am very pleased.

Very comfortable mat with enough padding to keep you comfortable when lying down or doing other poses on the ground, and not too much so you feel you feet are sinking of getting stick.
Able to move freely but not slip and it cleans up well.

Nice thick mat. I had to put it in the basement for a few days to air out as the smell was quite strong. After a few days it was fine.
